Permanent jewellery can easily be removed by using sharp scissors to cut the jump ring (the small ring that connects the ends of the bracelet together) If you keep hold of your jewellery we can re-weld it back on at a later date for a small fee of £5.

Whilst permanent jewellery is made to be long-lasting, it isn't indestructible. Once your jewellery has been welded, we perform stress tests to ensure it is durable. If your jewellery breaks, please keep hold of it somewhere safe and contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you but breakages are handled on a case-to-case basis and may incur a small fee to rewed it. If you have lost the jewellery, we are unable to replace this and you will have to pay for a new piece.

We use high quality 925 sterling silver and 14k gold filled. We stock a gorgeous range in both options.  9ct gold can also be stocked upon request. 

Yes! We offer pop-up bookings and private party packages. Whether it's a birthday, hen do, or brand event, we’ll bring the sparkle to you. Please get in touch for custom quotes.

Absolutely! Permanent jewellery is perfect for best friends, couples, family, or bridal parties. These can be booked via our online system. We can accommodate group bookings for larger special occasions or events - just contact us to arrange.

We have a minimum age of 13. Under 16's will need a parent/guardian present at the appointment.

If there is a specific chain or charm you would like, please contact us no less than 7 days prior to your appointment so we can ensure we have it in for you. 

Yes! We can add a clasp to your jewellery for an additional fee of £5.
